Our traditional pure red pepper shata is made by simply infusing fresh ground red chilies with salt for a few days to ferment. Afterwards the juice is drained from the chilies which are then mixed with oil, spices and herbs. Ingredients: Red Pepper, Salt, Sunflower oil, Vinegar, Benzoate Sodium (E211)
